This packaging machine is enhanced with an optional centring unit on the infeed conveyor. This video demonstrates a test packaging with a single panel, showcasing how the centring unit ensures an optimal packaging process by aligning and centring products before the packaging begins.
The centring unit lifts the product from the dual belt conveyor, straightening and centring it on the conveyor. Following this, the packaging process starts. The panel moves horizontally into the opening of the tubular stretch hood film. During the packaging, the stretch hood film is sealed at both ends, creating 100% waterproof packaging. This means that packaging and sealing are done in the same process.
