Frank Bruhn ApS is pleased to announce that it has just signed an agreement with Jartek in order to launch a new sawmill packaging solution in Finland.

Frank Bruhn Aps and Finnish based Jartek, have made this extensive collaboration agreement in order to offer a full and complete packaging solution to the Finnish sawmill industry. “The Finnish sawmill industry has for years been streamlining and optimizing various manufacturing processes and now it is time to approach the manual packaging lines. With this new sawmill packaging solution we can now fully support the industry in automating the end-of-line packaging process” explains CEO in Jartek, Teemu Uimonen

Frank Bruhn ApS and Jartek outlined the path for a collaboration already when meeting on this years Ligna 2017 exhibition in Germany, where German sawmill manufacturers got acquainted with the RoRo StretchPack solution.

The distribution agreement is a win for Frank Bruhnhttps://www.tentoma.com/blog-news ApS since partnering up with Jartek, who since 1957 has been a recognized system integrator in the Finnish sawmill industry, means access to a partner with considerable know-how and network.

Horizontal stretch packaging – Wood Packaging – a big success on Ligna

It was a pleasure for the team of Frank Bruhn ApS to present on Ligna how manufacturers can apply horizontal packaging in wood packaging for their long wood products such as doors, furniture and more of all sizes and shapes.

A special stretchfilm applied in the RoRo StretchPack machine can be stretched up to an incredible 70%. Typically this means that film savings between 10 and 50% can be achieved. This is a new innovative way of optimizing current automated packaging lines.

A lot of customer dialogs on Ligna were also centered around how to automatize a packaging line in the first place with this new innovative way of packaging. The feed-back during the exhibition on the typical ROI times experienced by our current customers, indicated the vast cost saving potential our future customers are expecting to realize when investing in the RoRo StretchPack solution.
