Onsite training

In connection with the mechanical installation and commissioning of the new RoRo StretchPack® machine, Tentoma facilitates the necessary onsite training of the staff. The training is at three levels targeting three types of employees:

  • Operators - Employees working on the packaging line
  • Super users - It is preferred to have at least one ”super user” available per team/shift
  • Maintenance staff - Employees in the maintenance department

Initially, the training begins with a short theoretical introduction to the machine. Still, most of the training is hands-on, where the different operations are shown on the machine.
