This video demonstrates the packaging of board stacks on bearers using the RoRo StretchPack® Large S2 with two film stands. The packaging machine is equipped with a movable conveyor, enabling the handling of products placed on bearers. A tubular stretch hood film is automatically prepared, stretched, and applied around the load, enclosing both the product and the bearers. The packaging process includes film welding, sealing, trimming, and automatic removal of cut-off film for recycling. Packaging and sealing are completed in one automated operation.
The result is a fully sealed six-sided package that provides 100% waterproof protection. The stretch hood film secures the bearers and may reduce or eliminate the need for strapping, depending on the product type.
