The S6 packaging machine is also well suited for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) production, where specific branding on the packaging film is required. Each film unit can carry a dedicated brand-printed roll, supporting customer-specific designs across multiple SKUs.
Maintain high packaging uptime and efficiency
To maximise uptime, the S6 packaging machine automatically switches between film rolls during operation without interrupting the packaging flow. This makes it ideal for frequent size changes, small or mixed batch runs, and products produced in random order.
Furthermore, each film roll can contain up to around 8,000 metres of stretch hood film, depending on thickness (µm/gauge). Combined with low maintenance requirements, this helps reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Beyond film flexibility, the S6 model features the well‑known RoRo StretchPack® packaging technology. The packaging and sealing process is completed in a single, continuous operation, where the stretch hood film is welded at both ends, resulting in a fully sealed, six-sided cover that protects against rain and moisture.
